 12th September 2004 - TexNotes Version 3.62 released
- Fixed Known Bugs
- Note Title in header or footer now shows the correct title in preview or print.
- Fixed Locator sizing and closing.
- Fixed occasional error message "List index out of bounds" when navigating notes.
- Fixed drag/drop notes when text contains tables.
- Fixed spell check replacing unicode word.
- Minor internal fixes.
- New Features
- Added "Minimize instead of close" to settings.
If ticked, then TexNotes will minimize instead of closing.
Closing and exiting can be done from the File menu or the System Tray menu.
- Improvements
- Insert Time now uses the F4 shortcut key.
- Improved RTF import, especially with external/embedded images.
- Improved HTML export, especially with RTF like tables.
- Minor improvments to line breaking.
29th July 2004 - TexNotes Version 3.6 released
- Improvements
- Minor improvements to toolbars.
- Better RTF export, especially with tables and images.
- Improvements to automatic URL and Email address detection.
- Added more keyboard shortcuts for the following operations:
- Move Note Up [Alt+Up]
- Move Note Down [Alt+Down]
- Launch Common Phrases [Alt+F11]
- Launch Calendar [Alt+F12]
- Fixed Known Bugs
- "Cannot Modify Empty Undo List" bug fixed.
- Marking a hyperlink when selecting text right to left fixed.

18th March 2004 - TexNotes Version 3.5 released
- New Features
- Export multiple notes into one file.
There are options to selectively choose the file format and which notes
to export with option to separate each note with a divider and/or note title.
- Added option in View menu to show/hide special characters for spaces and paragraphs.
- Improvements
- Minor improvements to toolbars.
- Pressing ENTER key in an empty bulleted/numbered paragraph removes bullet/numbering.
- Save to HTML conforms more to the "HTML 4.01 Transitional" standard, ( reference: http://validator.w3.org/ )
- Improved table layout algorithm: handles wide merged cells smarter.
- Note item tooltips for URLs and images (shows name, width and height of image)
- Fixed Known Bugs
- Table editing values (eg: width) no longer changes selected cell color.
- Fixes and improvements in RTF import, table layout and Unicode bidirected text.
- Print preview scroll bars and last used zoom settings.

10th November 2003 - TexNotes Version 3.4 released
- New Features
- Auto-select words when marking from the start of characters (like MS Word).
- Editor Drag and Drop text/images within the same page.
- Status caption shows details of the next calendar alarm.
- Ability to drag multiple image files into a note.
- Ability to drag multiple text files in as new notes (TXT,RTF).
- Improvements
- Improved XP theme handling.
- Hyperlinks (launching and long URLs).
- Advanced search improved to include an option to search the whole TEX file.
- Advanced Search now expands all the results automatically after a search.

16th June 2003 - TexNotes Version 3.3 released
- New Features
- Added Localization. The whole User Interface is contained in a single text file. We currently
don't have other language translations as yet, however, if you are in a position to translate for us then please
contact us for further details.
- Added ability to resize images with the mouse.
- Added "Restore Image Size" when you right click on an image.
- Added "Show Navigator Icons" option in View menu.
- "Word Count of the Selected Text" facility added to right click editor menu.
- Added Tips and Tricks displayed on startup. (Can be switched off easily).

- If TexNotes comes across a corrupted note, then the text is inserted as plain text, rather than
displaying an error message and not returning anything.
- Much improved XP theme handling.

- Running on Windows 2000 as a standard user, fixed. (Registered Version Only)
- Textures not listing in XP on menu drop-down.
- Sometimes the Navigator back image doesn't clear correctly when choosing "-None-".
- Occasionaly TexNotes starts with "Do you want to Save file XXX", which overwrites original file, is fixed.
- Toolbars that are dragged to different positions now remember their last state in Vertical and Horizontal view.
- If TexNotes is exited in Vertical mode, now starts up correctly in the last saved position.
- Hyperlink double quotes removed in HTML export.
- TexNotes hyperlink "texnotes://" is converted to the name of the note.
- Exporting multiple notes is fixed.
- Print Preview before saving a note is fixed.

Automatically creates a new note and places the contents of the clipboard in the note.
