
Are you having problem accessing your GemX Software registered users area or other areas that requires log in?
Most of the time login problems are due to our human nature, overlooking certain things or making simple mistakes.
Here are some possible issues as to why you can not access to your account. Please select an appropriate option from the left hand side navigation menu by clicking on the related item and follow the instructions provided.
Mail us with the details of your email address that's been used when registered your GemX Software application and we will send you the required details via email so that you can log in.
Remember to check your spam folders as it may be put into spam or trash folder by your email account providers spam filters.
If you use a spam protection requiring sender to confirm they are a real person, you will not receive our email containing your registration info, unless you add the following GemX email address to your list of allowed emails or white list: gemxsupport@gmail.com
Once your account has been compromised, very little we can do.
If we detect unusual activity on your account, we may temporarily disable it, however, by the time we notice, it may be too late.
If you are having problems logging in and you are sure that you are entering correct user ID and password then please try the followings first:
» Enable cookies, if they are not.
» Clear cookies
» When typing or pasting login info watch for spaces before and after the login words. If there is any remove it. Space counts as a character.
» Check to see if Caps Lock is on
» Make sure any key that contains a character of your password is not stucked.
» Remember login info is case sensitive

Temporary Errors:
Time to time our server may experience technical problems, during the server maintenance work it may become inaccessible wholly or partially. Please allow some time for our tech people to fix it.
Account Lockdown:
If we detect an unusual activity in your account we may decide to disable your account. If you are using your account according to GemX Terms of Service then please contact us. Reinstating locked account may take between 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the cause of lockdown.
