 21st June 2005 - GuardMax Version 2.1 released
- Improvements
- Changed theme system to GemX Theme Interface (GTI) which provides better resource management than previous theme engine.
- Other minor cosmetic improvements.

- Details area display on startup in vertcial mode.
24th February 2004 - GuardMax Version 2.0 released
- New Features
- Added file Encryption and Decryption. Enables you to protect PDF, Word, images and other files.
- Added splitter bar minimize buttons.
- Added external file Encryption and Decryption.
- Improvements
- Toolbars can now be dragged into different positions.
- The main toolbar icons visiblity and order can be customized.

16th June 2003 - GuardMax Version 1.9 released
- New Features
- Added Move up/down in items list via toolbar or by using the mouse to drag an item to a specific position.
- Added Tips and Tricks displayed on startup. (Can be switched off easily).
- Improvements
- Much improved XP theme handling.
- Other minor cosmetic improvements.
- Fixed Known Bugs
- "When minimized ask for file password to restore ..." fixed.
- Tabbing through the fields of the WebSite section fixed.
